At the age of eight Cathy sat across the kitchen table from her mother as she did a pencil sketch of her. Once finished, her mother turned the picture around and slid it across the table to give it to Cathy.

Sister Sue
“Sister Sue And Her Seapup Too” was originally written for my oldest daughter. At the age of two she disappeared in a Sears store for two hours. The event so traumatized me that I fell on my face in prayer seeking God and a way to stop her from her wandering off. He put within me the idea to write her a story book in order to teach her. Even at two she was an avid book lover. It would go through a war to finally be published on that same daughter’s 40th birthday.
We The People
Even as a young child I was a Patriot and loved my country. My family has fought in every war that America has ever been in. As one who has been called to teach, “We The People” came about through my desire for children to know how our government was truly established, and in a way that would be fun to learn it. This truth seems to have been removed from the American classrooms. It is up to us, the parents of America, to bring it back.
